EmbedNest stores library items such as favorites, watch later, local playlists, and watch history in your browser local storage. These local lists are not sent to EmbedNest servers unless you choose to copy or import a share code.

If Google sign-in is configured and you choose to sign in, EmbedNest uses OAuth to identify your account and read YouTube subscriptions when you open the subscriptions page. OAuth tokens are stored in an encrypted session cookie for the site.

YouTube embeds, video playback, ads, cookies, and account behavior are controlled by YouTube. The privacy-enhanced embed option uses youtube-nocookie.com for the player URL.
